ReApped (powered by MACRAM LLC)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ReApped, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ReApped is a financial document processing platform that:

• Extracts data from MCA applications and financial documents
• Transfers extracted data to fresh application templates
• Uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to categorize and parse financial information

ReApped is NOT a replacement for professional accounting, legal, or financial services.

3. User Responsibilities

By using ReApped, you:

• Warrant that you have authority to upload all documents
• Confirm all information you provide is accurate and lawful
• Agree not to upload documents containing data of others without their explicit consent
• Assume responsibility for verifying all AI-extracted data before using it
• Will not use ReApped for illegal activities or to process fraudulent documents

4. Intellectual Property

• ReApped software and design are owned by MACRAM LLC
• Your uploaded documents and data remain your property
• You grant ReApped a license to process and store your documents for the service

5. E-Signature Disclaimer

CRITICAL: If you use ReApped to electronically sign documents:

• You assume full legal responsibility for the signature
• The signature is legally binding and creates contractual obligations
• You warrant you have authority to sign on behalf of the named entity
• You understand ReApped is NOT DocuSign or a certified e-signature service
• For mission-critical or high-stakes documents, use professional e-signature providers (DocuSign, Adobe Sign, etc.)

By clicking "I agree to electronically sign this document," you:

• Consent to using an electronic signature
• Accept full legal and financial liability
• Acknowledge this signature is binding and enforceable

6. Data Retention

• Your documents are automatically deleted after 90 days
• You cannot recover deleted data
• Signature records are retained for 1 year
• You may request manual deletion anytime

7. Limitation of Liability

ReApped is provided "AS IS" without warranties. MACRAM LLC is NOT liable for:

• Loss or corruption of data (though we use industry best practices)
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-extracted information
• Delayed or failed document processing
• Unauthorized access (beyond reasonable security efforts)
• Data breaches due to user negligence (e.g., sharing login credentials)
• Consequences of relying on extracted data without verification

Your sole remedy is a refund of subscription fees paid.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload documents containing others' PII without consent
• Use ReApped to process fraudulent or illegal applications
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise ReApped
• Scrape or bulk-download data
• Use ReApped to create misleading or false applications
• Violate any applicable laws (state, federal, or international)

9. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Refunds are issued within 30 days of cancellation for unused time
• MACRAM LLC reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MACRAM LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs arising from:

• Your use of ReApped
• Your violation of these terms
• Your uploaded documents or data
• Your use of AI-extracted information

11. Termination

MACRAM LLC may terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees after 30 days
• Breach security policies

Upon termination, your data is deleted per our retention policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Delaware.
