AI Processing Disclaimer

ReApped uses artificial intelligence to process your documents. Please read this carefully.

What Happens to Your Documents

1. You upload financial documents (bank statements, applications, etc.)
2. ReApped extracts text using OCR (optical character recognition)
3. The extracted text is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis and categorization
4. Claude extracts key fields (SSN, account balances, deposit amounts, etc.)
5. The extracted data is returned to ReApped and used to populate your template
6. Your original documents are stored securely in our database

Accuracy & Verification

Important: AI is not perfect. Claude may:

• Misread numbers or dates
• Confuse similar accounts or transactions
• Extract incorrect data from poorly scanned PDFs
• Miss information that's formatted unusually

You are responsible for verifying all extracted data before using it. Do not assume ReApped's output is 100% accurate.

Data Sent to Anthropic

When you upload a document:

• The document text is sent to Anthropic's servers
• Anthropic processes it using Claude AI
• Anthropic retains the data per their privacy policy
• Your data is NOT used to train Claude models

Privacy & Compliance

If your documents contain:

• Sensitive financial information
• Client/customer data
• Proprietary business information

...you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws (FCRA, GLBA, state privacy laws, etc.). MACRAM LLC is not liable for compliance violations.

Consent

By uploading documents to ReApped, you consent to:

• AI processing via Anthropic Claude
• Data transmission to Anthropic's servers
• Storage in our Supabase database
• Automatic deletion after 90 days
