1. Introduction

ReApped is a financial document processing platform that helps MCA brokers and lenders streamline application workflows. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

2. Data We Collect

When you use ReApped, we collect:

• Account Information: Email, name, Google account details (if signing in via Google)
• Document Data: MCA applications, bank statements, tax returns, funding documents
• Personal Information in Documents: SSN, DOB, EIN, bank account numbers, addresses, phone numbers, signatures
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps

3. How We Use Your Data

• Processing: To extract and transfer application data to fresh templates
• AI Analysis: Documents are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to extract and categorize financial information
• Service Improvement: To improve ReApped's accuracy and features
• Legal Compliance: To comply with laws and respond to legal requests
• Fraud Prevention: To detect and prevent unauthorized access

4. AI Data Processing

Important: Your uploaded documents are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI API. This means:

• Documents leave our servers and are sent to Anthropic's servers for analysis
• Anthropic's Data Retention Policy applies
• Personally identifiable information (PII) is NOT used to train Anthropic models
• Data is retained by Anthropic only for the duration necessary to process your request

By using ReApped, you consent to this AI processing.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Automatic Deletion: All uploaded documents and applications are automatically deleted after 90 days
• Manual Deletion: You can manually delete your data anytime via your dashboard
• Signatures: Signature records are retained for 1 year for audit and legal purposes
• Account Data: When you delete your account, all associated data is deleted within 30 days

6. Data Storage & Security

• All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest
• We use Supabase for secure cloud storage with industry-standard encryption
• Storage buckets are private; downloads use short-lived signed URLs (5-15 minute expiry)
• Row-level security prevents users from accessing other users' data
• We audit all access to sensitive data

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your data
• Correction: Update or correct your information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal hold requirements)
• Opt-Out: Request we stop processing your data for non-essential purposes

ReApped uses the following third-party services:

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of ReApped constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
